Working with the Warren Firm

I have always had an interest in the law and how it can protect the innocent and punish the violator. I never realized how ambiguous it actually was until I came to work for the Warren Firm several years ago. I have learned so much in the time I have been with the firm and I have gained an important insight into the legal system and personal injury law in Virginia that I don’t feel I would have gotten in another line of work. My original intentions were to go to law school after working “behind the scenes” in a law firm and seeing how it all operates, but after two years of working at the Warren Firm, I realized I would much more enjoy working as a legal assistant.

Being a legal assistant is a more analytical and research oriented part of the process that I really enjoy. I also have more hands-on activity with the clients and offering them any type of assistance we can. At times, it may only be someone to chat with or vent to, but that is what we offer our clients. I truly feel that we take the time to listen to our clients and potential clients, even after others have turned them away. While it is impossible for us to take every case, I know we consider all cases on their merits before making any decisions. This particular consideration of our firm and sincere desire to help those in need really makes me proud to be part of the Warren Firm.
