I’m writing to thank you for all of your help. This was my first experience dealing with a legal issue on a personal note. At first, I consulted another firm based on a friend’s recommendation. After we spoke, they were very slow to get back to me, and once they did, it was apparent that they were not interested based on the possibility of a low settlement outcome.
