Our client was merging into traffic on the freeway when her vehicle was rear-ended by another driver who was not keeping a proper lookout or a safe following distance. Our client’s vehicle was totaled and the next morning she woke up with a headache, neck pain, foggy vision, dizziness, and numbness and tingling in her upper extremities – classic symptoms of whiplash.
She then had a series of ongoing medical appointments to treat her whiplash symptoms, which included X-rays, CT scans, and physical therapy. After filing suit, we were able to resolve the matter.
