We recently resolved a case where a client was injured in a big box retail store. She fell after having her foot caught in a shipping pallet that was part of a store display. Our client sustained a hip fracture from her fall and had to undergo surgery which involved placing a rod and screws in her hip. She completed extensive physical therapy and ultimately, we were able to settle with the retailer.
