Our client was in a car accident in Crozet, VA. She was traveling over 50 mph when someone pulled out in front of her and caused an accident. Our client’s airbags deployed and she lost consciousness due to the collision. Fortunately, she had been wearing her seatbelt. Unfortunately, her young child was in the backseat of the vehicle and also sustained injuries due to the accident. Our client was transported to UVA Hospital from the scene by paramedics. The trauma team detected no fractures – Con, but she had intense bruising and needed stitches for a cut on her leg.
